Apizee enables customers to reduce their footprint and travel costs by accessing expert resources remotely, anytime, anywhere, on any device. Our solutions address medical teleconsultation, assistance for remote maintenance, banking advice or the sale of premium goods on the Internet. They can be used with a smartphone, a tablet or any other connected device like smart glasses or drones.
Apizee’s solutions and cloud based APIs are used by Crédit Agricole, Safran, Enedis, Renault, Saretec, Nexity, ExxonMobil, AMA and Bluelink.
As part of the development of our growth, we are looking for a customer support technician to strengthen the team in place.
- To provide support and assistance to customers (by email, chat, phone)
- Testing and validation of customer deliveries
- Remote or on site training for customers
Holder of a Bac + 2, Bac + 3. Beginner profile accepted.
- PC environments (Windows and Linux)
- Knowledge on networks
- Web programming and Git knowledge would be a plus
- Fluent in French and English: easy writing, easy contact
