To support its growth and accompany its teams on a daily basis, Apizee is looking for a HR Generalist (M/F).

 

 

Your missions:

 

You will be the main contact person for all HR issues at Apizee. Therefore :

  • You work closely with the General Management and Apizee managers on all operational HR aspects. You will be responsible for advising and supporting managers.
  • You will support employees when they arrive and throughout their life at Apizee (onboarding, career management, etc.)
  • You participate in the recruitment process; from the writing of advertisements and sourcing through qualification interviews to the integration of the employee, ensuring that the regulations in force are applied.
  • You are in contact with the Bouygues Telecom group’s Personnel Management on payroll and ADP issues (monitoring of variables, validation of expense reports, preparation of salary elements such as vacations, organization of medical visits, etc.).
  • You are in charge of training management (preparation of the training plan, declaration of files to the OPCO, management of the relationship with the training organizations and organization of the various training courses, etc.).
  • You participate in social relations with the General Management (CSE).
  • In general, you are involved in the management of cross-functional projects such as the management of premises.

 

 

Profile required

 

You have a Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources and at least 3 years experience in a similar position. Knowledge of the Syntec agreement is appreciated.

 

Rigorous and with good interpersonal skills, you will be able to support employees on a daily basis. You are proactive and show initiative to carry out your projects and improve processes. Working in a team does not scare you, you may be asked to travel to the Paris region.
