In this context, the two companies have presented three combined solutions: ApiRTC combined to HP API Management, the live chat solution Izeechat combined to HP WebRTC / SIP GW and the remote diagnosis solution IzeeDiag IzeeDiag combined to HP WebRTC / SIP GW. The three solutions have proven themselves as innovative, robust and scalable since they really fits to the needs of several businesses applications.
Izeechat: a convergent client relationship service.
The visitors who have stopped on the booth could have noted the adaptability and features of the live chat solution IzeeChat and remote diagnosis solution IzeeDiag, presented as interactive demo. The combination of IzeeChat or IzeeDiag and HP’s solutions make now the management of phone and web request possible with the same tool. IzeeChat has become thus a convergent web & telecom client relationship service.
Also visible on the booth, the visitors could have discovered on a large screen Apizee’s dashboard and note its ergonomy, easy use and advanced features such as statistics, history or agents presence and disponibility.
ApiRTC : a scalable RTC platform for operators.
ApiRTC allows developers, it may be recalled, to add real-time functions fitted to their businesses issues. ApiRTC combined to HP API Management make available a scalable, robust and secured RTC platform for their businesses applications. The illustration hereunder exposes the different components of the combined solution.
For HP, the presence of Michel L’Hostis permitted to demonstrate the convergence of HP’s and Apizee’s solutions. By the way, he is pleased of his presence on HP’s booth: “Our presence was the opportunity to prove that our solution combined to web telecommunication meets Telco’s expectations in terms of high added value applications. We reached the goal since a lot of visitors showed interest in our solutions”.
