2017 was a very rich year for Apizee. We started, but also concluded many new projects with companies that trusted us to support them in the implementation of digital transformation solutions.
More video sessions, more new projects
During 2017, we doubled the number of video sessions on our platform. So, you were twice as likely to use Apizee’s video-assistance and customer engagement solutions.
2017 has given us the privilege of launching new projects and working with companies such as Renault, Michelin, Oxatis, Thales, Barclays, SNCF, Arval. But also, to continue building long-term relationships with Safran, Crédit Agricole, AMA or Enedis.
New features on the Apizee cloud platform
On the side of R&D, we worked on the improvement of the existing features but also on new ones.
This will allow us from the beginning of 2018 to offer our users an important update of our cloud platform with an interface better adapted to the uses of our customers, more intuitive and pleasant, an easier configuration and new features such as the video appointment scheduling and more powerful monitoring and statistics features. Stay tuned to discover all these new features soon.
In 2018, we will continue to invest our time and energy to offer solutions that meet your digital transformation strategies. We will also celebrate our first five years and we will not fail to mark the occasion, we will tell you more very soon.
