My Living Bloom provides a digital platform enabling individuals to design and build their outdoor spaces. The company provides end-to-end client support, including project conception and implementation, through a network of industry professionals.
Customers benefit from personalized support thanks to a dedicated coach and follow-up at each stage of the project until delivery. With experts located throughout France, My Living Bloom delivers a personalized exterior, on time and with quality and durable materials.
The company is committed to offering its customers the smoothest, simplest experience possible. This is why it has created a customer journey combining digital and human interactions for its customers.
The company wanted to integrate video communication to limit the environmental impact of their work, while maintaining a strong relationship with their customers. Their objective was to find a solution that was easy to use, enabled fluid exchanges and matched their eco-responsible ambitions.
The company chose to integrate Apizee's visual assistance solution. Video communication allows them to have an initial exchange with the customer remotely to consider the project and evaluate the cost of the work without having to travel.
The virtual visit allows the customer to explain their project more easily and the coach to have an idea of what is feasible in the available space and to evoke the various problems such as the land register or the local urban planning to establish an estimate.
The collaborative features of the solution allow remote snapshots, annotations directly on the video stream, clarifications in the chat and document transfers. All the media is then uploaded to the customer file, providing the same level of information to all project stakeholders.
The benefits of videoconferencing are above all the conviviality of the exchange that we establish with the customer. It also saves time for the customer, who doesn't have to wait for a craftsman to come to his home, and it saves time for us to collect all the information, such as photos, work areas and the materials envisaged.

The use of real-time video allows for user-friendly exchanges and offers better availability of the company. It also saves time for customers and employees. Finally, visual assistance reduces the need for craftsmen to travel and consequently reduces the company's carbon footprint.
