Founded in 2013, Apizee develops a real-time video communication solution based on WebRTC technology that allows the video solution to be run in a web browser, without any application installation. The solution works on tablets, smartphones, PC or Mac.

 

Since 2020 Apizee has been part of the Bouygues Telecom group, which makes it legitimate to be the European sovereign solution for secure video conferencing and sectoral video expertise.

 

Apizee is located in Brittany, Lannion and Rennes, and employs 45 people.

 

Job opening

 

As part of its commercial expansion, Apizee is opening an apprentice position for a Customer Success Manager.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing the customer support and retention strategy. They will be integrated into a CSM team and work closely with sales, as well as project and technical teams. They will build a trusting relationship with our clients and ensure their satisfaction with Apizee solutions.

 

As the primary contact for our clients, the apprentice Customer Success Manager will work with various stakeholders in different sectors (operations, managers, sales, CIOs, Innovation Managers, etc.). With their pedagogical approach and adaptability, they will instill confidence in their contacts and address any potential roadblocks by providing suitable solutions. They will be responsible for client satisfaction and will ensure that any client feedback or enhancement requests are communicated to the relevant internal teams.

 

Reporting to the Commercial Director and Management, they will handle the onboarding of new clients by conducting client kick-offs (business/ activity discovery, use cases, needs, constraints, pain points, etc.), configuring solutions (settings and customization of work environments), training clients (administrators and users), and client monitoring (tracking usage and performance indicators). Supporting users is a key element in the success of deployments and the sustainability of our activities.

 

Finally, the candidate will be responsible for collecting client testimonials (success stories, case studies) in collaboration with our Marketing team.

 

The position may require mobility, with potential travel within France (workshops, training sessions, demos with prospects, etc.).

 

Training on our solutions and sales techniques will be provided upon your arrival.

 

Profil required

 

You are seeking an apprenticeship as part of your higher education studies (BAC+2/+3/+5). This position is open to individuals without prior experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a commercial orientation.

 

You are curious, passionate about new technologies, and eager to develop your professional experience within a mature startup.

 

Missions:

  • Support clients and become their trusted contact; handle client onboarding (kick-offs, configuration, training) and follow-up (periodic follow-up assessments for performance analysis and implementation of corrective actions as needed)
  • Contribute to the improvement of our solutions by conveying client requests
  • Contribute to growth by reducing churn and identifying growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) with support from the sales team
  • Provide periodic reporting on CSM activities
