Among these services is Safran Aircraft Engines' B.Side® an expertise-based service through a turnkey solution to give live advice remotely to airline's borescope inspectors in just one click.

    Apizee solution

    Safran Aircraft Engines launched their B.SIde® service in the spring of 2019 in order to help inspectors accelerate decision making, reduce aircraft time on ground and assist them in on-the-job training for inspectors.

     

    B.Side® is powered by Apizee's web platform that proposes several key functionalities:

    • A web-based visual and collaborative conferencing solution to put technicians in contact with experts
    • A smart checklist and automatic reporting tool
    • Easy cloud access and storage to share inspection reports and media

     

    Our B.Side® service help us maintain our close relationship with our customers by proposing a quick and easy way for them to get access to experts for technical questions. This solution has helped to save millions for our customers.
